The Founder

I am a UK-trained medical doctor with over 23 years of clinical experience within the National Health Service. My background includes extensive work across medical and surgical specialties, emergency medicine, intensive care, primary care, and international medical repatriation.

In addition to clinical practice, I am actively involved in medical education. I am a lecturer at the Washington University of Health and Science, where I teach clinical skills, clinical decision-making, communication, and treatment pathways.

I am also the author of Gaps – Mind the Gap: Common Gaps in Medical and Surgical Practice, available on Amazon.

Through Patient Partners London, I apply this experience to support patients in navigating complex medical situations and accessing appropriate specialist care in London.

Each case is reviewed individually, allowing us to provide a tailored approach based on clinical requirements, complexity, and the level of specialist input required.

Our role is to guide patients through complex medical situations and facilitate access to appropriate London-based specialists.

How it works

Step 1 – Initial Contact (Free)

 

Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to discuss your situation and requirements. This initial guidance is provided free of charge.

Please note that your enquiry will be handled directly by a qualified doctor. As all doctors are actively practising clinicians, responses may not always be immediate. If unavailable, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.

Step 2 – Consent & Agreement

 

If you wish to proceed, please review the legal documents and confirm your agreement by selecting the required consent checkboxes.

Step 3 – Registration & Payment

 

An initial fee will be agreed based on the nature and complexity of your case.

Some cases require input from a single specialist, while others may involve multiple specialists across different disciplines. Our service and associated fees are adjusted accordingly.

Step 4 – Case Coordination

 

Following registration, we will guide you through the next steps, including how to securely share your medical reports and imaging.

We provide clinical insight, case review, and coordination of specialist access.

This service is advisory in nature and does not replace direct clinical assessment. Diagnosis and treatment are carried out by the appropriate specialists.

Case Review & Referral Fee

Our minimum fee is £600. This covers a comprehensive, doctor-led review of your case and, where appropriate, guidance and referral to a suitable specialist.

The fee includes an initial assessment of the medical information provided, clinical review, and advice on the most appropriate next steps.

If additional services are required, these will be clearly explained in advance, including all associated costs. No further action will be taken without your explicit agreement.
